Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

If you need a different size or item, the quickest way is to:

Once your return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
